Job Responsibilities :
- Work out inter-company billing for business division and ensure the inter-company billing is done for Google ad words
- Responsible to check and verify invoice, payment vouchers, ensure project and GL code entered correctly
- Responsible to verify monthly commission listing for AP
- Responsible to check and verify service tax, incentive pay out prepared by sales admin, payment to/from Alibaba Hong Kong and month end closing journals.
- Prepare monthly & quarterly and yearly budget & cash flow.
- Prepare year end sales and collection incentive.
- Review monthly accounts with management.
- Liaise with auditors and tax agent for audited accounts and tax arising matters.
- Attend inquires from inter-department (report for sales & collection).
- Oversee the full spectrum of finance duties which including accounting and financial operation of the company as well as the management reporting to Head Quarter on timely basis
- Preparation and review of annual budgets and perform analysis in the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Formulate and monitor operational measurements to improve operational efficiency of the business
- Ensure SOP and system control are in place to guarantee integrity of all transactions
- Lead or participate in ad-hoc finance and non-finance assignments as and when necessary
Job Requirements :
- Degree in Finance or equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of related working experience in similar capacity.
- Strong leadership, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Applicant must be able to communicate in Mandarin to support Mandarin speaking customers.
- Pleasant personality and able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must be computer literate.
- Applicants shall be Malaysian citizens.
- Applicants should be self-starters, able to work independently, able to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environment and mature personality.
