We don't share your personal information with third parties other than the class of third parties which we have described in the following paragraphs and as and when compelled to be so disclosed by the PDPA and any other relevant regulations. 

Third party analytics & services

Aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help us improve the Website , service and your online experience. Services include Google Analytics, LinkedIn Website Retargeting, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Hubspot Analytics & CRM, HotJar & Google Optimize.

We may allow third parties to provide analytics services. These third parties may use cookies, web beacons and other technologies to collect information about your use of the services and other websites, including your IP address, web browser, pages viewed, time spent on pages, links clicked and conversion information.

We also use social buttons provided by services like Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook. Your use of these third party services is entirely optional. We do not disclose your personal data to such third parties but in the course of accessing these social buttons, you may be requested by such third party entities to provide your personal data. We are not responsible for the collection and processing of personal data that occurs then and the processing of your personal data is subject to the privacy policies of such third parties..

Please note that the class of third parties described above may be located outside of Malaysia. We endeavour to ensure that such places ensure similar levels of confidentiality and protection as afforded by PDPA. 

Should we see the need to disclose your personal data to any other third parties, we will send you an email to request for your consent beforehand. Please note that the PDPA allows for us to disclose your personal data without prior consent in certain circumstances.
