1. Each SMEs shall only be entitled to a maximum reimbursement worth RM5,000 that can be redeemed by the SMEs to cover part of the subscription fee throughout the tenure of the eTRADE programme.
2. The payment by MATRADE will be made subject to the following conditions:
• The payment will be made earliest one (1) month after the eTRADE Approval Letter has been send to the SME.
• The SME must fulfill the following criteria before making their claim for reimbursement:
• The SME must already be listed on Alibaba.com as a Global Gold Supplier
• The SME must already attend both Basic and Advance trainings provided by Alibaba Commerce Services (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd or their channel partners , such as PanPages TRINITY Sdn. Bhd.
3. For the purpose of the reimbursement, the SME is required to submit the following supporting documents:-
• Alibaba.com completed Services Order Form
• Invoice and receipt issued by Alibaba Commerce Services (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd OR partners
• Screen shot of the SME’s minisite
• Proof that the SME has attended both the Basic and Advance training (attendance slip)
• Electronic Fund Transfer Form (Provided by MATRADE)
